There are days filled with laughter and warmth,
moments that feel perfect and light,
moments that don’t need to be rushed,
explained, or worried over.
But,
there are other days too..
days that arrive quietly, carrying weight,
where the light thins and the air feels heavier,
and the same heart that laughed
learns how to endure.
On those days, nothing is broken.
Some moments are meant to be felt exactly as they are..
messy, awkward, uncertain.
In the quiet pauses and the loud chaos,
I’m learning how my ego tightens its grip,
how it reaches for answers, control, reassurance,
and how not every question needs an explanation.
I’m learning that not every unanswered feeling is a flaw,
and not every unease needs fixing.
Some days are simply lessons in presence.
to live gently,
to feel deeply,
and to cherish the rest of our time.
